At Creativecustomworld, we proudly print all products in the United States and ship Monday through Saturday. Some items may ship separately depending on their production time.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Production Times:

  • Standard apparel: 3-5 business days
  • Embroidery, mugs, sublimation, and custom handmade products: 5-10 business days

Shipping Times:

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 4-8 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 14-28 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 7-14 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once available, a tracking number will be provided via your confirmation email so you can monitor the status of your package online.

Multiple Orders

Please note that orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

We are unable to ship a single order to multiple locations. For separate destinations, please place individual orders for each address.

Address Changes

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order is in processing. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Customs Charges and Delivery Delays

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs checks may also cause delivery delays, which are beyond our control. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Order in Queue

Once your payment has been processed, your order will enter a 4-hour waiting queue before being sent for fulfillment. During this time, you can modify your order (size, color, quantity) or request a cancellation.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

Currently, we only offer shipping to single destinations. To ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Can I Ship to a PO Box or Military APO/FPO?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that shipments to APOs may take 40-45 days for delivery. Once the parcel enters the military area, tracking updates may not be available for security reasons.
